She dives deep into why coordination between hundreds, if not thousands, of governmental and public and private organizations is required to see a public policy implemented well. 

Madeleine also shares the story behind Civic Roundtable, from its roots at the Harvard Innovation Lab to a $5M seed round led by General Catalyst, and how the platform now serves public servants across more than 2,000 agencies in all 50 states. She also gets into the founding journey, her experience implementing software inside police departments at Mark43, and what it takes to build mission-critical technology for 90,000 government agencies.
